February Board Update

Hello Highland Oaks, 

Here's our updates for February! If you missed January's update, please check it out here. We covered a lot of new info - especially about communication. 

IMPROVEMENTS

We are currently working on improvements for the summer season including the cosmetic update of the pool bathrooms and new entry doors for the Clubhouse. This work will be scheduled over the next 6 weeks and we'll let any groups that might be affect as soon as we have confirmed dates. 

All residents are invited to attend a Cabana Club Workday to help with some odd jobs and clean up on Saturday, February 23rd. This workday is an easy way for us to build community as well as save money instead of hiring help. Tasks will include some light demo, assembly of furniture. If you're interested in helping, email us so we know how many people might be expected. Many hands make light work!

GO PAPERLESS

We still have many residents who have not yet signed up for electronic communications so that you receive all official HOIA documents and notifications of Board Meetings news via e-mail.  This simple change saves significant dollars in printing costs. Click here for the form and information.
