To pick up your key you will need to complete and sign one of the Cabana Release Forms:
CABANA CLUB RENTALS
Residents are welcome to rent our Cabana Clubhouse for $150 (30 people or less) or $250 (31-100 people) with a $500 deposit. Cabana rentals are for Association members only.

To rent the Clubhouse:
CABANA CLUB ACCESS
All residents are welcome to use the Cabana Club. If you are a new owner or need a new pool key, please email Assistant Community Manager, Lisa Schneider lisa@hoasmanagement.com for a Cabana Key Request Form. The seller of each unit is responsible for providing the fob to the new owner.
- Check our Cabana Club calendar below for Clubhouse to see if your desired date is available.
- Fill out our Cabana Rental Request Form
- Our rental coordinator will get back to you with contract information and further instructions to secure your rental date. A rental date is not secure until an approved contract and deposit is received.
