Upcoming Board Meeting :: November 14th at 7pm
As a follow-up to our Annual Meeting, we are holding a special Board meeting to approve our 2018 Budget on Tuesday, November 14th at 7pm.
As a Board, our goal is to continue to make Highland Oaks a great place to call home. Over this last year, we have made some significant progress in establishing new channels of communication, cleaning up our Cabana Club, sourcing new and improved vendors and adding a new management company to better serve our community. After completing a thorough review of our financials and upcoming projects and improvements, we are proposing a $60 increase ($5 per month) in our yearly dues. This increase will be a tremendous investment in our community and our Cabana Club.
