Upcoming Board Meeting :: Tomorrow, July 12th
Our monthly board meeting is being held tomorrow Wednesday, July 12th at 7pm at the Cabana Club at 4530 Sandalwood Drive.
We plan to have a quorum in attendance and will be voting. We try to keep this meeting at 1 hour long. Click here to review our agenda for tomorrow's meeting.
One important topic for discussion and voting will be a change in our management company. Currently, we have financial only management for $900 per month. The Board has been interviewing new management companies and have found some exciting alternatives that would result in a significant increase in service with a nominal impact on our budget. If you are need a new pool access key, please download the Cabana Access Request Form and bring it with you along with your drivers license and a $25 key fee. All new issued and supplemental keys are $25. Additionally, all HOIA dues must be current.
