Welcome to Our Newest Board Members

We are very excited to welcome Rao Charagondla and Kevin Shrapnell to the Highland Oaks Board!

Both Rao and Kevin have extensive business and leadership experience that will be an incredible asset to our community.  Beyond their skills, they each bring a passion and heart for community and look forward to building new connections as neighbors and friends. As Board Members at Large, they have already started working on projects that will help us improve our facility and streamline our processes to continue to make Highland Oaks a fantastic place to call home.
